Yes — we accept material in any format. However, we prefer ProRes, DNxHR, or RAW, as these offer far greater flexibility for color correction. With phone-recorded H.264/H.265 footage, the quality of color grading will be more limited.

It depends on the scope. A single reel typically takes 2-3 business days from recording. A full month’s content package is planned with a 2-week lead time. A music video or commercial takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the scale of production.

Of course — audio production (voiceover, jingles, sound design) is a standalone service. The synergy with video is an additional option, not a requirement.
